Aamla helps you organise health information. It is not a doctor, and you stay in control of your data.
1
Your Aamla account
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when you create and manage your account.
- Keep your sign-in details (such as your password) private and secure, and let us know if you think your account has been used without your permission.
2
Using Aamla
- Use Aamla to organise your own health information and for general wellness support, such as tracking, reminders and helpful insights.
- Use Aamla lawfully and responsibly, in a way that respects the rights and safety of others.
3
Health information and medical care
- Aamla is not a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines, or replace the advice, care or treatment of a qualified clinician.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional for any medical concern, and get emergency care if you have urgent or serious symptoms.
4
AI summaries and estimates
- Aamla may use AI to summarise, organise or estimate information (such as patterns or likely timeframes).
- These are for information only and can be incomplete or wrong.
- Review the details we extract or generate before you save them.
- Aamla does not provide a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
5
Your information and privacy
- You stay in control of the information you add, update or remove in Aamla, and you choose what to share.
- To learn more about how we collect, use and protect your information, see our Privacy page.
6
Family profiles and sharing
- You can create family profiles and share information with family members, such as a partner, parent, child or another trusted person.
- Share only with that person’s permission, and with the access you choose (for example, view only or can edit).
- You can change or revoke sharing at any time in your settings.
7
Devices and connected services
- You can choose to connect certain devices or services (such as a fitness tracker) to bring in information automatically.
- Connected features depend on the availability and permissions of each device or service, and may change over time.
- You can also use Aamla without connecting any devices, by adding information yourself.
8
Availability and updates
- Aamla’s features, design and availability may change over time as we improve the service, add new features or make adjustments.
- Keep your app updated to get the latest features, improvements and security updates.
9
Acceptable use and account access
- Do not misuse Aamla, for example by trying to access another person’s account, interfering with the service, or using it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
